Three days of engagement, learning, and connection
The client wanted a three-day, two-night incentive travel/team building experience for 15 participants, considering either Paris or a mountain retreat. The goal was to merge workshops with experiential moments, crafting an environment that encouraged learning, team spirit, and meaningful interactions.
Our Proposal
Monferrato: the ideal location for connection and learning
After evaluating the options, we recommended the Italian wine region of Monferrato, as mountain venues were off-season and Paris exceeded budget. The venue offered outstanding culinary experiences and perfectly equipped meeting spaces. The three-day agenda featured: day 1 wine tasting and dinner; day 2 full-day workshop and two-Michelin-star dinner with table-football tournament; day 3 a custom Team Building game with logical, physical, communication and creative challenges, concluding with debrief and lunch. Some guests stayed longer to enjoy pool and spa.
