Press day organization to celebrate ministerial recognition
The Consortium of Culatello di Zibello asked Smart Eventi to organise a press day to proudly announce the Ministerial recognition of the Consortium. Thanks to this prestigious recognition, the Consortium had acquired greater powers and resources for the "protection, promotion and enhancement" of this original Italian product and to protect it from all forms of fraud and counterfeiting.
The Smart Eventi Proposal
Central location, catering and set-up proposal
The location we chose was the Navigli Museum, which was particularly suited to host an event in which Lombard values and tradition played such a prominent part. Besides finding the location, Smart Eventi took care of the logistics, catering and location set-up. The main feature was the creation of a path where guests could admire hams and some of the tools used in their production.
Achieved Results
A successful event and special guests
The event was attended by important personalities such as Prof. Fornari of Bocconi University, actress Lella Costa, the President and several members of the Consortium. The finishing touch to the proceedings was given by star-chef Claudio Sadler, who held a cooking demonstration of the best recipes in which Culatello is the main ingredient.
