The loyal client Aveda contacted Smart Eventi to organise an incentive tour.
Smart Eventi proposal
We've organised an incentive tour for 40 people based in Naples, selecting an amazing hotel near Castel del'Ovo and managing all the aspects of the event: dinner, lunch, excursions, team building and transfers.
On the first day the meeting took place, followed by a dinner in a famous historical restaurant which is typical Neapolitans.
For the second day we've organised an experience on caique leaving from Naples, and a tour around Capri where they had a bath near Faraglioni. The guests had lunch at Capri's port and then they had free time to visit the island. The day ended with an aperitif on the boat with dj set.
On the third day we organised an unusual tour of Naples: a team building with anecdotes and trials to overcame to recover the major number of tips necessary to overcome the final trial. The day ended with a lunch in a pizzeria in the historical centre of Naples.
Results
It has been an unforgettable experience for all the participants, who will keep an amazing memory of the incentive and of all the activities that they have done.
