A surprise birthday celebration
Following the 2023 experience, when her husband had surprised her with a stunning birthday party organised by us, our client wanted to treat him to a similar surprised. She reached out to us to organise a surprise birthday event for his fortieth birthday. The aim was a refined, memorable experience entirely different from the previous one, in an exclusive, intimate venue with music and dancing, covering all related services including decorations, catering, staff coordination and guest transfers from Varese, as well as a private dinner for adults in a reserved area.

To meet the brief, we chose a panoramic rooftop venue in a prestigious hotel, offering comfort, security and elegance while maintaining an intimate atmosphere. The space was enhanced with a black and gold setup, refined floral arrangements and a scenic photo backdrop. We curated the food and beverage proposal, engaged a professional photographer and coordinated the entire event, ensuring a smooth, well-paced flow from reception to closing, delivering an unforgettable experience for the celebrant and guests.
