Pentana Day 2026: how we took a perfect event and made it better
For the second year running, Pentana Solutions entrusted us with the organisation of Pentana Day 2026, the company's flagship annual gathering that brings together managers and employees from the Milan office, with live streaming links to the Australian headquarters and guest speakers joining from across the globe. Delighted with the previous edition held at the same venue, the client chose to build on the established format whilst introducing a few targeted improvements, with particular attention given to the technical management of the streaming, the very backbone of the entire day.

The proposal was shaped around the client's actual needs, with a dedicated transfer from the company's premises for all guests who requested it, both ways. The meeting for 80 attendees, arranged cabaret-style, made the most of the venue's in-house technical services, supplemented by our trusted external supplier for flawless management of the streaming connections and video recording. On the agenda: a mid-morning coffee break and a generous buffet lunch. A dedicated photographer was on hand to capture every moment of the event, including the day's most unexpected highlight: two speakers who broke into an impromptu dance, offering a burst of levity that cut straight through the formality of the meeting. Drawing on lessons learnt from the previous edition, potential bottlenecks were addressed ahead of time: the coffee break was extended and spread across two buffet stations to avoid queuing, whilst a venue contact remained at our disposal throughout the day. The same venue was confirmed with enthusiasm, valued for its practicality, the quality of its facilities, and its proximity to the client's offices.

Building upon our previous results for Pentana Day 2026
Pentana Day 2026 exceeded expectations, marking a clear improvement on the previous edition. The coffee break, expanded across two buffet stations, put an end to queuing, whilst the constant presence of a dedicated point of contact ensured the entire day ran smoothly. A particular highlight was the photography team-building session, which drew guests in naturally and unselfconsciously, turning a simple round of shots into a genuine moment of shared experience. The word that best sums up the event is connection: between colleagues, between continents, between ideas. The decision to reconfirm the format, the venue, and the services says it all.
