This client contacted Smart Eventi asking us to organise a private birthday celebration for her daughter’s 18th birthday. The request focused on finding an exclusive venue in Milan that could host music and dancing while leaving guests genuinely impressed. Alongside the venue, the client entrusted the full event management, including catering, styling, staff coordination and transfers for guests travelling from Varese. A private dinner area was also arranged for the adults, allowing everyone to enjoy the evening comfortably and come together at key moments.

Smart Eventi proposed a central Milan rooftop venue, small and charming. The size was intentional, ideal for the expected fifty guests and perfect for maintaining a relaxed, close knit atmosphere. A scenic photographic backdrop was set up, quickly becoming a focal point of the evening. The teenagers enjoyed the space freely, dancing and celebrating in an elegant yet secure environment. With on site event staff and technical support, from DJ to security, the event flowed smoothly throughout the night, without interruptions or awkward moments.
