The Client’s Request
An event blending storytelling and Caribbean flavours
The client wanted to plan an event that would capture Aruba’s warm and joyful spirit, set within a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Hosting around 50 guests, the concept was built around two defining moments: a space for the island’s representatives to share their story first-hand, followed by a vibrant Caribbean-inspired brunch designed to bring people together and instantly transport them to the heart of the destination.

Global Tourist’s press day at a unique venue with a tropical vibe
Working closely with the client, we chose a venue that perfectly echoed Aruba’s vibrant tropical vibe through its décor and colours. Every detail of the set-up was designed to immerse guests in an exotic yet welcoming atmosphere. An open kitchen added a touch of theatre, letting attendees watch authentic dishes being prepared right before their eyes. To complete the experience, a chef from Aruba crafted a brunch of traditional specialities, making the event not only memorable but also a true celebration of the island’s spirit.
