This client reached out to us after taking the first steps herself: she had already picked a venue for her wedding, but she was looking for a trustworthy planner to manage the entire event and coordinate suppliers. She wanted to entrust us with every detail of her big day, with its overall direction, coordination between in-house and external suppliers, and management of every operational detail of the wedding reception.

We stepped in, providing professional coordination for the whole event, entrusting the catering (arguably one of the most important elements of any wedding) to one of our trusted high-end partners. We exclusively work with professionals who are used to meeting world-class standards in cooking and presentations, and well versed in creating unique menus based on a client’s needs and requirements. We then had to select appropriate entertainment for the event. We brought in a professional violinist and an experienced DJ, so that they could alternate and match the right soundtrack to every moment of the nuptials. We also coordinated all the whole staff, including security and cloakroom hostesses, ensuring a polished, seamless welcome for all 75 guests and impeccable execution throughout teh evening.
