For four consecutive years, CConsulting, a leading software house from Genoa, has entrusted us with orchestrating their XLayers User Group Meeting, now celebrating its 14th edition. The brief was clear: secure a warm and easily accessible venue capable of hosting 120 attendees in both theatre-style and breakout sessions. This year, with around 30 international guests joining, delivering a seamless, comfortable, and memorable experience became an essential priority.

We explored several prestigious venues in Milan before identifying the perfect space that seamlessly met all logistical, stylistic, and operational requirements, supported by trusted in-house suppliers to guarantee efficiency. For this edition, we enhanced the venue with personalised graphic backdrops to create a distinctive and immersive environment. Every detail was designed to blend functionality, aesthetics, and comfort, ensuring smooth and enjoyable management for both national and international guests, in line with CConsulting’s trusted track record.
