C Consulting's gathering, fifteenth edition served with style
For the fifth year running, C Consulting S.p.a. has entrusted Smart Eventi with organising the XLayers User Group, the event dedicated to its clients, which this year reaches its landmark 15th edition. The brief has stayed essentially the same over the years, even as numbers have grown: a striking venue, ideally with some history behind it, easy to reach, able to host 130 people for a seated meeting complete with stage, LED wall and full technical direction, followed by a buffet lunch with proper seating and mise en place laid out for everyone.
Smart Eventi's Proposal
A mixology bar that impressed even the locals
Year on year, the selection process becomes trickier: Milanese venues not yet explored are increasingly scarce, and few manage to satisfy every criterion the client sets out. This year, Smart Eventi put forward two of the city's most striking venues; the decision came right down to the wire, eventually settling on the space best suited to the available budget and to the CEO's personal taste. The proposal leaned into something fresh and more dynamic: guests experienced both spaces offered by the venue, one set aside for the conference and the other for lunch, divided by the striking Arco della Pace. Beauty and novelty went hand in hand, so much so that even the Milanese guests had never set foot inside this refined venue with its mixology bar, and they were thoroughly delighted.
Achieved Results
A success apparent in every detail
The event closed on a real high. Guests were pleasantly surprised by the charm of the venue, the care behind the set-up and the quality of the catering, appreciated right down to the finest detail. Working in such an inspiring setting remains a genuine privilege: every time, it feels like being welcomed home, in an atmosphere that blends professionalism with real warmth.
