CBRE GWS, a long-standing partner of Smart Eventi, entrusted the agency with organising the prestigious Supplier Partner Event, a strategic trade show dedicated to networking among the company’s leading suppliers. The goal was to create an outstanding experience combining diversified exhibition areas, standing catering for 300 guests and a plenary space equipped with stage and full audio/video/lighting systems to support professional connections in a refined and efficient environment.

Smart Eventi selected an exclusive venue already familiar to the client, the only one capable of fully meeting the event’s requirements. Thanks to in-house technical and installation services, the agency significantly optimised costs while maintaining high standards, designing a functional layout featuring 25 compact stands, 6 premium stands for sponsors and strategic partners, 2 bar counters and a welcoming plenary area for 270 attendees. To enrich the meeting focused on Artificial Intelligence, Smart Eventi proposed renowned physicist Massimo Temporelli as guest speaker—a distinguished figure known for exploring the intersection of humanity, science and technology—ensuring an experience that blended business relevance with genuine intellectual inspiration.
