A celebration built on trust and tradition

Continuity was the brief this year, and continuity is precisely what the client received: the Medal Ceremony returned to the same venue, the same caterer, the same trusted suppliers as 2025, right down to the smallest detail. Such fidelity to the previous edition says something in itself — it is not the choice of a client merely satisfied, but one thoroughly won over. The Monza and Brianza Pharmacists' Association placed its confidence in us once more for the annual dinner and medal presentation, an occasion that has, over time, settled into something close to institution. Our task was to identify a venue with genuine presence and then weave together everything around it: catering, sound and lighting, hostesses, photography, a backdrop, and the final clean sweep once the last guest had gone. There was little room for improvisation here — only for careful, deliberate execution.

Prestige and tradition in Milan

There is a particular difficulty in repeating something that already worked: the danger lies not in falling short, but in merely matching what came before rather than surpassing it. For this edition of the Medal Ceremony, we returned to a storied institute at the heart of Milan — a building whose character alone does much of the work, spacious enough for the considerable guest list and already equipped with a stage built for occasions of exactly this kind. The catering fell, once again, to a trusted long-term partner, a name the client already knew and could rely on, which meant one less variable to manage and one more reason for confidence. Every remaining thread was gathered with equal care: photography handled by seasoned professionals, a backdrop designed specifically for the official portraits, and lighting and sound calibrated to give the evening's defining moments their proper weight. Taken together, the result is less a single decision than an accumulation of small, considered ones — the kind that, in sum, produce something with real prestige and lasting polish.

Achieved Results

Refinement and emotion in one successful evening

Judged by any measure, the evening succeeded. Guests moved through a space shaped by history, its atmosphere doing much of the evening's emotional work before a single course had even arrived. The food matched the setting — carefully judged, consistently well executed, never a weak moment across the meal. Behind it all sat a programme run with the kind of quiet assurance that comes only from having done something well before and knowing exactly how to do it again. What resulted was an evening that felt, in equal parts, elegant, moving and rooted in tradition — precisely what an occasion like this ought to be.
