Find a historic and prestigious location for a meeting and lunch
As has already happended in the past, our client Atradius, one of the world leaders in the trade credit insurance, suretyship and debt collection sector, asked us to organize the annual event for the clients, specifically a meeting followed by a lunch. Also this time a historic location in Milan was chosen for the elegance of the spaces and to ensure more prestige to the event. We took care of the set-up, creating ad hoc lounge areas with sofas and tables, we provided the technical service for the meeting and the catering for the buffet lunch. To give an even more interesting connotation to the day, we decided to accompany all the participants on a special visit to a museum placed near the location.

An eighteenth-century building set in the heart of old Milan, with majestic rooms and sumptuous interiors. The realization of this event has its focal point in the location truly
scenographic, result of a very careful scouting. The set-up was designed to ennoble the richness of the rooms to the maximum, creating different areas useful for a better managing of the guests' flow. Even the technical service and the choice of catering were organized paying attention to every detail.
