Organize the event at the meeting between The World Sustainability Organization SRL and representative employees of large retailers

The World Sustainability Organization is an NGO specialising in sustainability policies for the food market, particularly meat and seafood.

Smart Eventi was entrusted with organising a global corporate two-day event in which WSO representatives were to meet with retail managers from all over the world to discuss the distribution of their audited sustainable products.
 

The Smart Eventi Proposal

Organize 2 days of meetings and one-on-one meetings

The schedule for the first day included a meeting for 100 attendees, whereas on the second day one-to-one sessions were held between WSO and retailers executives. Smart Eventi selected an especially prestigious location for this event: the magnificent Palazzo Giureconsulti, a XVI Century, distinguished historic mansion in central Milan. The overall space measures almost 20000 square feet and it is divided into eight beautiful halls.

As well as securing this impressive venue and providing adequate catering services for the occasion, Smart Eventi also provided simultaneous translation services, so as to allow the coordination of activities involving executives who had intervened from several nations.
