Techedge design of kick off meeting in two cities: Milan and Rome
We designed a kick off meeting for Techedge in two different dates and cities: in Rome, the 23rd January 2018, and in Milan, the 25th January 2018.
We cured with dedication the research of the perfect locations suitable to the company’s spirit and non the classic historical location (frequent and expected choice in such a full of history city like Rome).
In Rome, organizing this Kick off meeting for the 220 invited people, the choice has been an industrial structure.
In Milan we wanted a modern mood structure, capable to host more than 500 people.
In both events we welcomed the hosts with welcome drinks and finger food, inspired to the typical roman tradition in order to deal with a positive mood the meeting, and later continue with a rich buffet at the end of the day.
To conclude the evening, in Rome the hosts had fun thanks to an involving dj set, while in Milan, in addition to this, we wanted to create a nocturn and fashionable environment, by playing visual effects with laser lights, cannons shooting confetti and dancing robots.
