Erion, company that deals with the management of professional Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment, asked us to organize a playful and fun team building: an activity of bike building.
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi took care of the Bike Building, preceded by a moment of business meeting and followed by a buffet dinner with cake cutting to celebrate the company's achievements. The location chosen from among the various proposals was ideal for ensuring good use of the spaces and in compliance with anticovid regulations. The need was to strengthen the bonds between colleagues and improve team spirit in an atmosphere of play and fun.
Results
The client's goal has been achieved and through our team building activity all the participants liked the Bike building. The buffet dinner was very welcome, Smart Eventi with this activity managed to strengthen the team spirit and improve the extra-working relationships between colleagues.
