Finding venue and Team Building
We organised for C&A two-days meeting dedicated to store managers from all over Italy in the fascinating Castello dal Pozzo, on the shores of Lago Maggiore.
During the two days we organised also an exciting team building activity, a treasure hunt inside the castle, to discover hidden places rich of history.
To leave a wonderful memory of the incentive weekend we set up a photo shoot in the venue, where the participants had fun taking pictures to take home.
The smiles of the customer have been our greatest satisfaction.

Assistant ManagerWe organised a two-day meeting for 40 people with the help of Smart Eventi, which provided us with all the support with a quality service and beautiful venue. Participants came from all over Italy, and we have included in the agenda a team building activity: a treasure hunting in a castle. During dinner we set up a photo shoot for the guests, so they could take with them a souvenir of the evening at the castle. They all left the venue with a smile and people just arrive into our company had the opportunity to learn more about the new colleagues, starting to tighten them with the collaboration necessary in the workplace.
