ICT Consulting asked Smart Eventi to support them in the organization of an incentive trip to offer to the employees a formative experience, that was both pleasant and chilling in a way to leave an amazing collective memory, besides creating a cohesive group.
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi chose an amazing location situated on Garda Lake to make ICT Consulting incentive trip absolutely special. This area is characterized by a wonderful landscape which offers breathtaking glimpses. The guests stayed at an elegant and luxury 4-star hotel, which faces the lake.
The activity that we proposed was The Amazing Race team building on Garda lake, which consists in different sportive competitions among the teams which gather the recreational aspect to a bit of healty competition.
At the end of the day the guests participated to a delicious dinner animated by a quiz game to keep on having fun all together even during the evening.
Results
The goal of this trip was to reward the employees for the commitment they've demonstrated during the year and to offer them the opportunity of knowing each other better, participating to amusing activities. Smart Eventi organised this experience at 360°: the location scouting, organizing the meetings, selecting the restaurants and creating team building activities. An absolutely unique experience that manage to gather together a pleasant and chilling moment to the interesting meetings, but most of all the team work.
