An american late night show
The client required a convention that evoked the spirit of American late night shows, while emphasising the importance of teamwork. The essence of the event was encapsulated in the concept “Together We Can”. The briefing recommended the planning of a series of “surprise effect” moments, with the goal of keeping the participants' attention focused at all times.

An unforgettable evening
The client's request was expertly fulfilled by our Guru Marketing Unit, which transformed the event into a unique and engaging experience inspired by American late night shows, enhanced by surprises and special effects. The services offered included the creation of corporate graphics, development of the event concept, and the design of interactive games. A thematic corridor, adorned with carefully chosen props, led to the carefully designed plenary hall. We produced entertainment slides and videos, provided a band and Cristiano Militello as an outstanding host, and surprised with a DJ set featuring roboled and juggling performers. Guests relaxed in the garden area, equipped with games and scenic lighting. We also designed customised goodie bags, aprons for the waiting staff, and stage props.
