The Customer's Request
After two years of social restrictions imposed due to Covid-19, the Dyson company was looking for a bright open space where they could organize the Dyson Digital Day for the launch of a new product.
We've been contacted to support them in identifying a location that could accommodate 30 guests, part of the speakers, who physically took part at the event. This location should have allowed living an experience in presence after a long time and the online connection of others speakers.
The customer's purpose was to train and present the new product, dedicating part of the day to deepening the aspects relating the communication on the product, thanks to the presence of experts who work on social platforms such as TikTok, Youtube, and Twitch.
The Smart Eventi proposal
Since Dyson is one of our loyal customers, the proposal did not find us unprepared, so we immediately identified a space a few steps from the Milan Cathedral: a versatile environment characterized by the presence of large windows that let the light filter, defining and enhancing its forms.
As catering, we turned to one of our trusted catering, who, with his idea of pampering people through an extravagant kitchen, seemed perfect for the occasion.
The organization and general management fully satisfied the customer who, enthusiastic, has already contacted us for the next event: the Dyson Summer Summit 2022, organized last July 5.
An event through which the client wanted to review the successes encountered in the first part of the year and present the goals to be achieved in the second part, in a minimal and elegant location that reflected the brand's style and the client's demands.
