The company was looking to plan a corporate event spread over three days and centred on a training workshop, hosted in a stylish, well maintained venue in central Milan that was easy to reach. With several international guests attending, accessibility and a strong city location were essential. The second day was meant to include a cultural experience, such as a museum visit, followed by an off site dinner. The final day was to close with an afternoon team building activity inspired by cultural exchange.

A tailored Milan experience, day by day

Smart Eventi developed a proposal shaped around carefully selected corporate event venues, aligned with well defined criteria. Natural light, generous and flexible spaces, high food and beverage standards, and a cosy atmosphere were essential. A place designed to feel like home for three full days of corporate activities. Training sessions were paired with cultural moments in some of Milan’s most important museums, along with an elegant dinner chosen for its setting. The final team building experience brought together international recipes with a distinct Italian twist. The chosen venue in the Conciliazione area was easily reachable by underground, even from the offices in Moscova. Each day followed a clear rhythm with welcome coffee, workshops, well timed breaks and lunches in the veranda. Tuesday evening included a guided visit to the Museo del Novecento and dinner overlooking the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The event closed with a shared afternoon cooking session and a final merenda. Personalised linen aprons added a lasting memory of the corporate experience. International guests stayed in a luxury hotel near Cairoli, facing the Castello Sforzesco.
