The customer request
A team-building event for international guests
Our team-building division received a request from Recordati, a well-known pharmaceutical firm, to plan a team-building event for their international guests. This event was scheduled to occur at the hotel Milan where the guests from various of their international offices were accommodated. This event was to cater to an international group of professionals.
The Smart Eventi proposal
Charity building
Recordati experienced an extraordinary twist in the standard team-building process with our Chairity Building initiative - which is one of our most popular team-building options. Teams faced a string of challenges, such as quizzed, jenga-like games, and riddles, each time collecting a mystery reward, contained in a bag they were not allowed to open. The climax of the event was the substantial revelation: the “prizes” the teams had gathered with each challenge were in fact wheelchair components! Their last and most important task was assembling real functioning wheelchairs, which were subsequently donated to a local hospital. The point of this activity is connecting teamwork to an objective that matters and that can make a difference in someone’s life.
Achived results
Thrilling
This team building event achieved the two paramount results of cultivating an authentic team bond and creating an engaging atmosphere, while concurrently imbuing a sense of inclusion and gratification for the work accomplished. Finding out what the ultimate goal of their effort was, proved thrilling for all participants.
