Team Building Activity
Alleanza Assicurazioni is one of the largest Italian insurance groups.
Having already worked with us in organising their very own Winter Olympics, Alleanza wanted to repeat the experience with a summer event.
We came up with a Summer Olympics team-building project for Alleanza employees in the Milan area. 150 participants were divided into 19 teams, composed with an eye to mixing branches and agencies and getting the employees to meet new colleagues, in order to create bonds between different branches. The teams competed in a tournament made up of four games: Beach Volleyball, Field Hockey, The Tube (a game of our own devising, whereby the players were to collect as much water as possible by making it flow through pipes without actually connecting one pipe to the other), Human Table Football.

Aims:
Devising a summer Team-Building program for Alleanza Assicurazioni, as part of a day's incentive travel for 150 employees. Location scouting and setting up, organising over 50 games over four fields, providing referees and score-keeping systems. Delivering customized T-Shirts, designed specifically for the event, emblazoned with a caricature of the company logo in the form of a cute dragon. Live event management with qualified staff and hostesses. Catering service for lunch and for the afternoon meeting.
