Gala dinner 2018 for Sixt Rent Car
Kick Off 2018
Our loyal client Sixt Rent Car asked us to organize a gala dinner and a party for all its employees, who came from all over Italy for the client’s Kick Off 2018. They asked us to organize and stage the event at 360 degrees, by finding the perfect location suitabe to the type of event and by taking care of the catering.
We gave to the event our help with the technical services requested, in order to add a "plus" to the event thanks to a musical entertainement, so to make the guests have fun,
Our squad of hostess and security took care of the hosts registration management on the BriteEvent website and finally Sixt Rent Car asked us to cure the design and realization of the cups as princes for the employees.
At the beginning we welcomed the guests with a welcome cocktail and with a fun system of photobooth entertainement, which prints immediately the vintage pictures with the company's logo, Later upstairs we placed the gala dinner, with music in the background and later musical entertainement thanks to a saxophonist, supplied by us. After the gala dinner there has been a speech for the premiation, and then the party began with the dj set,even this supplied by us, who played with the saxophonist, untill 3 a.m.
The event was a great success and the client and all the partecipants really enjoyed it!
