Philips asked Smart Eventi to organize an event to introduce the new reality of Signify company to the company internals, finding a suitable location and managing the technical service and the catering.

We've proposed a modern and very bright loft, perfect for this kind of events.
The day begun with a meeting reserved to the managers and it went on, after the lunch break with the delicious food made by our catering, with a 150 people meeting during the afternoon.
To conclude the day in the best way we've organized a cocktail, during which the guests had the possibility of exchanging opinions about the meeting which they attended. We've also found a dj to entertain the guests during the evening to make it even more pleasant.
Results
The presentation went on in a tidy way, giving clear information about the new company reality to the participants, who were very satisfied of the meetings, but mainly of the amazing location, modern and wide, which made the night even more special.
