Prima Assicurazioni, an insurance agency specializing in the sale of online policies, contacted us to organize a team building activity with the aim of creating interaction and fun among the participants. Allowing some of them to get to know each other a little more in depth, also considering the period of the lockdown (due to Covid-19).
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi took care of the location scouting, proposing an ideal space for team cooking activities. We have also devised a new format linked to the preparation of a company snack and each brigade has contributed to the creation of the final product. During the activity we also included a small "mystery challenge" to test the problem solving skills of the various teams. In general, it was a very collaborative activity between the teams that ended with the tasting of their snack.
Results
Smart Eventi has been of fundamental support for the customer and has created a perfect activity for team building. The activity created synergy between colleagues and brought a festive and peaceful atmosphere among people, increasing their awareness in the group and improving dialogue.
