Our customer Aveda asked us to organize a press day to launch the new Cherry Almond line, natural hair products, addressed to journalists and blogger in a location that was in line with the style of the new products.
Smart Eventi proposal
We chose a white and neutral location to create an ad hoc setting that was in line with the main characteristics of the new Cherry Almond line.
The event consisted in a press day to launch the new line addressed to journalists and bloggers, for this reason we created a photobooth with a swing covered with cherry flowers, where the guests could take memory pictures.
We also set the location enriching it with pink flowers and cherry trees all made with paper and placing the products on cubes to give them more relevance.
Also the catering was in line with the topic and pink coloured, following the new products that were launched.
Results
The event went on in an amazing pink and floral frame, where the new line was perfectly fit. The setting has been appreciated a lot by the guests who took wonderful memory pictures!
