Generali presented us with an exciting challenge: creating an adrenaline-packed team-building activity for their employees. This request allowed for the opportunity to think outside the box, prioritise innovation, and design a custom event that would not only be memorable but would also foster a sense of unity among the Generali team.

Going beyond the boundaries of team building with a flight simulation

We organised a thrilling team building experience for our esteemed client, Generali. Our innovative proposal involved a flight simulation in a special facility in Milan. The main highlight of this venue is the 8-meter high crystal cylinder powered by six powerful turbines, which create an air flow of up to 370 km/h: enough to carry the weight of those who step into it, to simulate flight. The exclusive venue greeted guests with an exciting live demonstration, showcasing the local instructors' impressive dancing choreography. Once the introductory briefing was completed, participants eagerly took their turn to test their mid-air positions and try their hand at flying, with the instructors' guidance and supervision. This unforgettable activity brought together Generali's team, fostering trust, communication, and a shared sense of accomplishment. By pushing the boundaries of traditional team building, Generali showed their commitment to embracing innovation. At Smart Eventi, we're proud to have been a part of this extraordinary experience.
