The Client's Request
Communicating company values through an engaging experience
Generali is a long-term client and, in this instance, they reached out to treat their Human Resources unit to their first ever dedicated team-building session. The goal of the whole endeavour was to experience the new company values in an engaging and memorable way, so that they would be perceived as concrete, embodied, and actualised, rather than abstract or theoretical. We were asked to choose a dynamic and participative activity that would also strengthen team spirit - as any team building exercise should - and allow participants to internalise the renewed corporate culture.

Bespoke Lego building: creativity and collaboration serving Generali’s corporate identity
We created a bespoke "Lego Building" experience, specifically designed to meet the client's needs. We went for this activity because it has proven an all-time favourite among our corporate clients. The reasons for this are easy enough to guess: playing with Lego bricks taps into a beloved childhood pastime over which multiple generations have bonded, ever since the Danish brand devised its ingenious combinations of colourful pieces, thus liberating children’s creativity for decades to come. Nine teams participated in an exciting creative challenge: building Lego brick models that best represented the company value assigned to each team. To make the experience even more engaging, we set up a vibrant marketplace filled with bricks and decorations, allowing participants to enhance and personalise their creations. This activity transformed company values from abstract concepts into concrete, tangible works. The models created remained with the company as permanent symbols of their core values, creating a lasting memory of the shared experience and strengthening corporate identity through collaborative creativity.

The event achieved excellent results, significantly strengthening the cohesion of the HR team and creating a moment of authentic sharing. Participants internalised company values through a practical and creative experience, transforming abstract concepts into tangible symbols. The works created today represent a permanent reminder of the collective commitment to the new corporate culture.
