Infratel’s exclusive institutional event in the heart of Milan

Infratel Italia entrusted us with the organisation of a high-level institutional meeting, scheduled for the morning of 30 June 2025 in a prestigious Milanese venue. The event, aimed at ministers, undersecretaries and key business leaders, was initially planned for around 180 participants. The client requested complete support, including the choice of an elegant and spacious location, auditorium set-up with stage, podium and reserved seating, audio and streaming equipment, welcome coffee, a closing reception, customised gadgets, and precise technical and logistical coordination.

Our Proposal

A distinguished event designed for Infratel

We hosted around 250 institutional and corporate guests in a historic Milanese residence, carefully arranged to combine formal elegance with a welcoming atmosphere. The set-up included auditorium seating, podium and reserved armchairs, alongside a lounge area with poufs and tables to encourage networking. Guest comfort was a priority: we enhanced air conditioning and provided branded fans as creative and useful giveaways. The event’s image was reinforced through personalised roll-ups and a tailored backdrop for interviews and photos. The morning concluded with a refined reception, managed with an eco-conscious approach through recyclable materials and the donation of leftover food to a local charity.
