Medi-Market Team’s first national convention: planning a prestigious event
Medi-Market Italia, a prestigious Belgian leader in the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical sector experiencing strong expansion across Italian territory, commissioned the organisation of a two-day national corporate event. The initiative involves the entire head office personnel alongside district managers, with the ambitious objective of rewarding the team for their outstanding achievements and creating extraordinary engagement. Particular attention was devoted to the convivial moments of dinner and post-dinner activities, key elements for the event's success. The chosen venue needed to guarantee a welcoming environment easily accessible from Milan.
Our Proposal
Lake Garda: the perfect setting for an unforgettable convention
Our proposal featured a careful selection of premium structures across lakeside and seaside destinations, all strategically positioned to guarantee easy accessibility from Milan. The choice fell upon a refined four-star luxury facility in an exclusive location on Lake Garda, serving as the venue for the company's first national convention. The event commenced with a warm welcome and welcome lunch, followed by the presentation of personalised badges.
The afternoon was dedicated to the corporate meeting, enhanced by bespoke graphic displays that elevated the dedicated environment. The highlight moment was represented by olympian Jury Chechi's motivational presentation, which concluded the session with inspirational messages tied to company values. The evening unfolded in a private area overlooking the lake, where guests enjoyed an exclusive dinner followed by a DJ set and evocative atmospheres. The second day featured an outdoor team-building activity with "Jeux sans frontières" (a popular team building activity format based on the popular game show), made memorable by ideal weather conditions.
