Choosing a venue close to the company headquarters was essential, as was a genuine focus on locally sourced products and an authentic setting, rooted in the surrounding territory and its community.

Bike for Children: corporate goals meet social impact
The proposal took shape around the “Bike for children” activity. A socially driven team building experience, direct and purposeful. Participants worked together to assemble four children’s bicycles, later donated to a Milan based community supporting mothers and children. A simple action, yet full of meaning. The event took place in a farmhouse in the Milan hinterland, selected for its commitment to locally sourced products and strong ties to the local community. The setting gave the experience authenticity and warmth, turning collaboration into genuine shared involvement.
