Reply Storm's unusual incentive and team-building trip
Reply Storm contacted Team Building Milano to support the organisation of their corporate incentive trip, marking the first time the company chose to work with an external partner after several years of in-house planning. The brief focused on designing an incentive experience inspired by nature, with a strong outdoor component and the possibility of staying in tents. At the same time, the destination needed to be a seaside venue for corporate events set within a high-quality, carefully curated environment, capable of combining a sense of adventure with comfort and visual appeal.

Seaside adventure: exploring the great outdoors, with luxury within reach
The incentive programme was developed with a structured and methodical approach. Smart Eventi selected a seaside resort location for incentive travel with established experience in hosting large groups, chosen for its reliability and strong value for money. The venue met all requested service requirements and also allowed for accommodation in tents. The three-day schedule opened with arrivals, plenary meetings in an amphitheatre, breakout sessions and leisure activities. The second day centred on an articulated outdoor orienteering team-building programme, combining physical and technical challenges across green areas and the beachfront, followed by an award ceremony. The final evening featured aperitifs, a traditional Tuscan dinner, karaoke, a DJ set and an open bar. The programme concluded on day three with check-out and departures.
