Building Team Spirit Through Giving Back: Our Initiative for Merz Aesthetics with NO LOOP
We joined forces with the agency No Loop to offer the Merz Aesthetics team a unique team building activity – one that doubled as an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Scheduled alongside their annual meeting for 35 Italian salespeople in Milan, the event transformed into a valuable experience combining traditional team building with a solidarity project. Rather than mere entertainment, participants engaged in substantial content that allowed them to feel part of a cohesive, socially conscious team.

Crafting Mobility with Heart: A 'CHAIRity Building' Experience
Our 'CHAIRity Building' event offered the client an extraordinary chance to fuse team building and charitable giving. Across three engaging phases, participants assembled and customised wheelchairs destined for Alzheimer's patients. The first phase saw teams 'earn' the required parts through passing tests and solving puzzles. Once briefed, phase two involved the supervised assembly process, fostering collaboration.
Moderated by experts, the activity ignited friendly competition and creativity, culminating in a touching moment of sharing. Participants inscribed personal messages onto the wheelchairs before a memorable group photo. The completed wheelchairs were then donated to a local foundation supporting Alzheimer's patients, leaving a lasting positive impact within the community. This unique project strengthened team bonds while raising awareness for an important cause, emotionally investing the entire group.

Exceeding Expectations: The Secret to Success
The event proved a resounding triumph: participants were authentically stirred, far beyond what's typical for team building activities. Tangibly witnessing the positive, material impact they had on a vulnerable community desperately needing support deeply moved those involved. Being able to get hands-on and see the real-world difference they made resonated profoundly.
