Civismart's Christmas incentive trip to Rome

Following the summer event in Puglia, Civismart asked for a Christmas incentive designed to bring together employees from all Italian offices. Rome was selected to ensure easy travel access for everyone. Across 22 and 23 December 2025, the brief called for a balanced corporate programme combining business sessions, inspiration and informal interaction, including a town hall meeting, an exclusive guided tour of a historical site and a corporate dinner with DJ set.

Once the city of Rome had been confirmed as the destination, Smart Eventi focused its initial efforts on the hotel selection, assessing four four star properties in different areas of the city. The final choice fell on one of the capital’s most elegant hotels, selected above all for its strategic location just steps from Termini Station and for the availability of a large meeting room suited to the institutional sessions the client wished to deliver. The proposal was then completed with an exclusive evening visit to Trajan’s Markets, led by dedicated guides, and a dinner with a distinctly Roman character at a historic restaurant in Trastevere. As planned, the general assembly was enhanced by the motivational speech of renowned former volleyball player Maurizia Cacciatori. Our agency also managed all internal transfers and travel by train, car and plane.

Achieved Results

A solid outcome despite tight timing

Despite the last minute request and the proximity to the Christmas period, the corporate event fully met expectations. The business meeting ran smoothly, the guided cultural experience added depth, and the convivial evening encouraged genuine interaction. Overall, the initiative successfully blended corporate content, hospitality and team engagement.
