Oscar Night: An Immersive Cinematic Experience for TXT's Christmas Party
TXT Group, our long-standing client, once again entrusted us with organising their themed Christmas party. This year's concept was inspired by the Oscars and it called for the creation of five immersive areas inspired by iconic films: Ghostbusters, Casino Royale, Barbie, Star Wars and Grease. Each zone was to offer a gastronomic experience coordinated with the theme, creating a multi-sensory journey through different cinematic worlds.
Our Proposal
Maximising Impact, Optimising Resources
The main challenge was transforming a single 1600sqm space into five distinct themed areas plus a central stage, ensuring a harmonious and safe distribution for 800 guests. Time constraints (just one day for complete setup) and budget limitations required an innovative strategic approach. We developed a concept based on high visual impact but technically simple setups, favouring scenic solutions that could be implemented quickly without compromising the immersive effect. Each area was designed to balance the identity of the reference film with the need to create a coherent flow throughout the entire space, optimising both the guest experience and logistical efficiency.

Despite the logistical complexities and coordination of external suppliers, the event fully achieved its objectives, creating a festive and engaging atmosphere. The evening proved to be a success, with guests enthusiastic about exploring the different cinematic universes and enjoying the themed gastronomic experiences. The challenges of timing and coordination were overcome through meticulous planning and flawless execution.
