Pentana Solutions requested end-to-end support for the Pentana Day, their annual corporate event uniting all international offices. The aim was to have a single point of contact capable of seamlessly coordinating every detail: from selecting the venue closest to the main office, to managing a flawless hybrid meeting, delivering exceptional catering during coffee breaks and lunch, organising guest transfers, and producing a professional photographic report of the day, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and memorable experience for all attendees.

Smart Eventi chose an elegant hotel in Linate, perfectly suited to host 60 guests in comfort, just minutes from the company headquarters, with dedicated spaces for coffee breaks and lunch. We arranged a round-trip shuttle service, providing effortless transfers without parking concerns. Our photographer captured every moment with creativity and professionalism, producing a comprehensive visual record. Every detail was meticulously planned, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for all participants, both in-person and remote.
