The Client’s Request
The city of Como celebrates bees, sustainability and local culture
The Municipality of Como selected us—following a successful public tender—to develop a concept that would celebrate the city’s unique identity, support local businesses in the historic centre, and promote a culture of sustainability. The initiative needed to centre around the theme of bees, complementing the city’s broader efforts in urban beekeeping and blossoming garden projects already in progress.
Our Proposal
The Honey Trail: a sensory journey for the whole city
We created an original and engaging format called “The Honey Trail”, designed around three flagship events and two educational workshops held in local schools. The first event, on 12 April 2025 during the Easter period, featured two core activities: the Recycling Relay—a playful, educational game teaching children the value of recycling—and Easter Egg Decorating, a creative workshop led by professional entertainers. A dedicated team welcomed attendees, guided them through the experience, promoted the upcoming activities, and ensured a smooth and interactive atmosphere throughout.
The programme will continue in May to mark World Bee Day and conclude in June. Collaborating with expert beekeepers, we involved children in hands-on, engaging learning activities, successfully merging sustainability with community participation.

Achieved Results
A tailored format blending fun and education in Como
We delivered a bespoke format designed to captivate both children and adults, ensuring every element was carefully planned and executed. The event saw strong attendance and a high level of engagement, confirming its broad appeal. More than just entertainment, the initiative had a lasting educational impact, teaching children the importance of recycling in a fun and memorable way.
