This year for the annual meeting among Maria DB Foundation's managers, from all over the world, they chose Italy, in particular Rome.
Our customer needed support to organize a team building activity in a suitable location.
Smart Eventi proposal
We chose a suggestive location to organize the activity during one of the days of the guests' staying, that was an ancient farmhouse run by a family and situated just outside Rome.
The guests has been welcomed with an aperitif in the wide garden among beautiful fountains and a Roman archaeological site.
After that the teams challenged in two traditional Italian dishes: pasta and pizza!
Our chefs supported and guided them during the activity, giving some tips. At the end of the activity the participants enjoyed a dinner in the amazing open-air terrace.
Results
The day went on in a pleasant way and the guests were enchanted by the beautiful location.
The activity, developed in the name of the Italian tradition, had a great success and it was very involving for all the participants.
