The communication agency Prima Pagina, chose us to organize a press conference to present its customer QOBUZ, a downloadable and streaming music commercial service, in which journalists and bloggers of the sector would be present to test the service.
Smart Eventi proposal
The location we have chosen for the occasion, which presents itself as a laboratory of contemporary art, has offered a multipurpose space to host the event in an informal atmosphere thanks to a cozy lounge and a functional conference area where the sponsor of the evening , Yamaha, has exhibited their musical instruments. Smart Eventi took care of both the location scouting, the catering and the audio-video set-ups linked to the whole technical part necessary for the presentation. To conclude this moment dedicated to the music, at the end of the conference we served an aperitif for the guests in an intimate garden of the location.
The choice of the location and customer assistance in the set-up allowed us to create an environment suitable for listening to the quality of the music of the Qobuz service. The guests thanks to the space we chose could test the new music service as if they had been at home in a professional environment but equipped with every comfort.
