Ethos Profumerie contacted Smart Eventi to organize a press day to launch their new perfume line.

We organized a press day for our customer Ethos Profumerie to launch the new perfume line designed by the perfume brand.
Besides managing the setting and the audio/video system for the press conference, we found a location which was suitable to host the event and we chose a very original space situated in the real heart of Milan: characterised by a typical XX century architecture, the location closes on the four sides an unexpected yard paved with porphyry.
During the event the guests, after participating to the introduction of the new perfume, have been invited to follow some sensory areas to discover the sensations which flowed from the 4 fragrances.
We created 4 emotional corners for the occasion which represented the different fragrances and each person moving from a corner to another could listen in his earphones to a different music from Puccini collection combined with the product to immerse completely in a sensory and emotional experience.
The event ended with a lunch for the guests characterised by food made with some of the perfumes' ingredients.
Results
During the event the guests lived an original sensory experience, which allowed them to live the products in a really unique and involving way.
