Organize the national convention of the IAD Italia Group

IAD Italia, part of the international real estate group that was born with the idea of wanting to break down the barriers between physical agency and customer, offering quality digital services and loyal Smart Eventi customers, contacted us to support them again this year in the organization of their national convention.

The request involved the search for a suitable location to host almost 300 people, providing catering for the welcome coffee, the aperitif, and the placée dinner, the organization of entertainment throughout the evening with a style that recalls the superball, designing the theme and payoff that would later characterize the entire event.

The Smart Eventi proposal

Synergy between marketing and events teams

Given the size of the event, the requests, and the desire to satisfy our client's expectations, we got involved by activating a synergy between our events team and the marketing team.

Having to host 300 people, we selected a versatile location, a large space of 4400 square meters in total, but modular in smaller spaces, and capable of "changing skin" depending on the type of event and the set-ups.

During the event, there was the awarding of the best agents of the year and the presentation of future goals for the company. For this reason, we thought of the Future is Limitless payoff, so to reflect the company's expansion vision on which the marketing team then organized all the communication, taking inspiration from the symbolic colors of the company and the logo (blue and white), created the graphics, the colors of the lights and all the slides used during the evening by the speakers.

Following this path, we selected one of our trusted services and chose to use par-led lights for the setup. We have organized the space by dividing it into separate areas for aperitifs, meetings, and dinners. Waiting for the guests at the entrance, a part of the corps de ballet, with metallic costumes with a reflective effect, as if to simulate coming from space which, together with the use of a millefile curtain, made the entrance to the meeting area even more mysterious, where we delivered personalized IAD gadgets, fluorescent water tattoos, and luminous glasses for the final party.

For superball-style entertainment, we kicked off the show with a video from us created to amaze and involve our guests from the very beginning. We chose a company of dancers that could reflect the concept of the evening with ad hoc choreographies, and costumes decorated with LEDs and supported by Luminex, all made even more impactful thanks to the classic smoke machines and confetti shooters. Finally, a special guest, the comedian Diego Parasole took part in the event with motivational sketches.

During the dinner, we managed to surprise the guests with one last surprise: the show of the elegant musician who accompanied the guests with an electric violin and led bow to the final entrance of the dancers followed by a DJ set.
