Our client BIP SAP expressed their intention to organise a unique and memorable team building event. They wished for it to focus on an activity that combined a passion for cooking and food with a fun and inspiring atmosphere to strengthen team spirit and engagement among their employees.
The Smart Eventi proposal
Aperitif Time Mystery Box
Our innovative 'Aperitivo Time Mystery Box’ format generated great enthusiasm among the participants, who were divided into teams. Each group received a box containing mystery ingredients, to be used in the preparation three separate finger food recipes. This format encouraged creativity and collaboration, turning teamwork into a culinary adventure. The teams presented their creations, and a prize was awarded to those who excelled in originality and team coordination.

A delicious appetizer with participants' creations
This team building event was a triumph, enthusiastically welcomed by all employees. It was an experience that ended with a scrumptious aperitif, featuring dishes created with dedication by the participants, complimented by our chef's delicacies. Music and selected sparkling wines contributed to making the atmosphere just perfect. A moment of sharing and connection, in celebration of teamwork.
The team building activity was a success, thanks to the proactivity of our colleagues who took part in it, as well as to the excellent planning and the whole Smart Eventi team!
