Organize meetings and team-building activities at the end of the year
Fitprime, a company founded in 2016 that today is part of the panorama of the Italian fitness marketplace, proposing innovative solutions for maintaining people's psycho-physical well-being, contacted us for the organization of the end-of-year event in Rome.
The event was intended to be an occasion to celebrate and review the results achieved in the past year and to hold a briefing on the goals for 2023.

Meeting with team building activities for the company Christmas party
Smart Eventi worked away in Rome, identifying the location that was best suited to this type of event. A multifunctional space, dedicated to those who want to share and approach the cultural experiences organized in this place.
Here it was possible to organize the meeting and subsequently the team-building activity, snack time with murder for which we divided the participants into 6 groups identifying them with the names of the most famous detectives in history, such as Sherlock Holmes and, to whom under the guide of two professional actresses, has been given the task of solving the case staged for the occasion.
After rewarding the winning team, we organized the buffet dinner which was particularly appreciated for the attention in proposing high-quality alternative vegan and celiac menus and after dinner with music and karaoke.

All the participants asked me to report the compliments for the "snack with crime" activity: acting and being an active part of the story was a good moment to push us out of our comfort zone and be someone or something completely different for once. Dinner to it was a hit! They were all satisfied, particularly appreciating the options for our vegan and coeliac colleagues, without secondary level in the care, preparation, and quality of the materials.
