Techedge, already our customer for company events like meeting and convention, for the first time asked our support to organize a team building which involved 100 of its employees.
Smart Eventi proposal
We’ve chosen a location which was suitable to host the high number of participants: a wonderful farmstead situated just outside Milan, typically rural and surrounded by nature.
Concerning the team building activity we’ve proposed a team cooking dividing the guests into different teams who challenged in a cooking competition.
The challenge in which the teams faced each other was cooking from the beginning the strongest and the most loved dish of the Italian cuisine: pasta. The aim was to produce a determined type of pasta for a certain quantity and with different seasonings.
At the end of the competition the jury, consisting of our expert chefs and the company managers, evaluated the teamwork, the creativity, the presentation of the dish and of course the taste.
To conclude the evening in the best way we’ve proposed to share the dishes, so that everybody could also taste the others, and we’ve organized an open bar.
Results
The event went on in a pleasant way, in a chilling place far from the stressful city life.
The aim to develop spirit group and cooperation was completely achieved, thanks to this involving recreational activity.
Smart Eventi managed to propose a team building which managed to involve the high number of people and to find a location which satisfied the customer’s need.
