Charity event Rotary Club Cordusio
Finding venue
The Rotary Club of Cordusio asked Smart Eventi to organise a charity event to promote the Aquaplus project.
The purpose of the project is to raise awareness and responsibility regarding standards of water hygiene among the people of Torbek (Haiti), by organising a training program for local farmers, business owners, families and cultural institutions.
Smart Eventi was entrusted with finding a suitable and reasonably priced venue. The event was attended by several Rotary Clubs of Milan, with the aim of raising funds. At the end of the evening a check for € 6,000 was pulled.
We were very happy and proud of the success of the evening, especially since the main goal of the whole effort consisted in the promotion of such an important international project.

Finding a suitable venue to host a high-profile event, in the style that is associated with the name of Rotary, at a reasonable cost, out of respect with the main goal of the evening, which was to raise funds for a humanitarian project rather than investing them in luxury entertainment.
