Selected for the third time by Aveda, a company active in beauty and cosmetic products, the client turned to us to organize a business trip of a few days for his team with the aim of enhancing their engagement by stimulating their creativity and their sense of belonging to the group.
Smart Eventi proposal
For a customer like Aveda we could only choose a green destination as the values of the company: Veneto. We have proposed a fantastic Relais in the hills of Valdobbiadene, where guests have stayed and where meetings were held in the hotel's conference room surrounded by the nature of the Prosecco territory.
We choose Jesolo as the other destination for this trip, a place known for nightlife and fun in the seaside resorts. The participants, in fact, followed by the team of Smart Eventi, were guests of an equipped beach enjoying games on the beach and relax. We could not end the day without a team building challenge. We organized a cocktail competition directly on the beach where the participants, divided into teams, challenged themselves in creating the best cocktail.
Results
The choice of locations, work days alternating with relax and fun and the dedication to the wellbeing of the client by Smart Eventi not only met the company's values but also highlighted the creative skills of the Aveda team, enhancing their ability to form a group by stimulating their leadership and thus becoming a winning team in and out of the office.
