Finding venue, setting up and catering
Coca Cola Hellenic, one of the largest companies in the soft drinks sector in Italy and the largest bottler of The Coca-Cola Company's products, asked Smart Eventi to organise two days of meetings and a gala dinner for its employees of the finance sector.
The meeting was intended to present to all the new CEO and new production strategies, including new bottles and packaging of new products on the market.
We also organised an awards night in style of the "Oscar Night" called "Finance Award: Best Individual Contribution" where, during the gala dinner, the best employees were rewarded with a prize specially created for the occasion. To finish the night in the best way a DJ played until late at night .
Smart Eventi took care of the location scouting, catering and the setting up.
