Planning a distinctive and effective team building event
BIP Vidiemme contracted our experts to plan a distinctive and effective team building event, with a clear goal. The intent was to immerse participants in an educational experience that emphasised the importance of adhering to strict rules and procedures, with the aim of strengthening team cohesion and optimising internal collaboration.

We selected the perfect venue in Milan, based on the fact that it came with a fully stocked open kitchen, perfect for allowing a large group of people to cook simultaneously. To create an engaging atmosphere, we chose the “aperitivo time” format, during which each team had to grapple with the preparation of a single dish or a type of finger food, following a precise recipe assigned by our renowned chefs. Halfway through the event, we introduced an element of suspense to make the experience even more compelling: a "mystery box" brought in by Sonia Peronaci, the celebrated founder of the renowned Italian cooking blog, "Giallo Zafferano," was brought in. From said box, each team randomly drew ingredients with which they had to devise a further, creative recipe.

A team building ended up with "aperitivo" and sparkling wines
At the end of the activity, the teams presented their dishes to the judges, which carefully evaluated them based on flavour and presentation, as well as on the level collaboration, discipline, problem-solving skills, and creativity displayed by each team. The day ended with a delightful “aperitivo”, with a menu that showcased our chefs' talents and accompanied by a fine selection of sparkling wines, for a truly unforgettable finale.
