TikTok, leading social network for young people, which allows its users to make funny and creative short-length videos, asked us to organize a meeting day, in which the participants had the opportunity to work both in plenary and divided into subgroups, also experiencing a team-building activity in the afternoon.
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi took care of the location scouting, the transfer of the participants, as well as the organization of all the catering services and the Merenda Con Delitto format, in which the participants were involved by actors hired by us in the resolution of a thriller inspired by the plots of Agatha Christie! A perfect solution for working as a team on corporate issues through the techniques of improvisation theater, and which saw our participants transform into real actors and skilled detectives!
Results
Smart Eventi has been of fundamental support (location scouting, catering service) for the customer and the activity was perfect for the team building purpose. The activity created synergy between colleagues and brought a festive and peaceful atmosphere among people, increasing their awareness in the group and improving dialogue.
